This Choral Celebration of Evensong is taking place to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the founding of St. John's College, Cambridge.
Evensong is a wonderful liturgy and rarely celebrated. The language of the Book of Common Prayer although penitential is moving and prayerful but what really makes this a profound worship experience is the music of Evensong.
The Cathedral Choir under the direction of Organist/Director of Music, Rupert Lang will the lead the worship with an outstanding program of choral music.
