A Baroque Celebration featuring members of the Baroque Orchestra Mentorship Program (BOMP) and past Early Music Vancouver (EMV) Scholarship recipients.
This concert showcases the thrilling sounds of period instruments in performance, from baroque strings to the rarely-heard natural trumpet. The programme includes uplifting instrumental and vocal music by seventeenth- and eighteenth-century composers such as J.S. Bach and Alessandro Stradella. Directed by Pacific Baroque Orchestra concertmaster and BOMP mentor Chloe Meyers.
