We are thrilled to invite youth aged 11 to 18 to join us at St. Timothy's Anglican Church in Burnaby for an exciting youth event hosted by the DYM in 2025. The evening kicks off at 7 pm with a welcome and icebreaker games. Drinks and light snacks will be available as you arrive, but please ensure you have dinner beforehand. Our theme will explore Holy Week and Easter in our session.
Following this, we'll gather in the Sanctuary for worship, some reflective time, and creative prayer. After some snacks and socializing, we'll enjoy some high-energy fun in a night game before winding down for the night, watching a movie, and setting up our sleeping bags in the sanctuary space itself. After (hopefully) some rest, we'll enjoy a hot breakfast before parental pickup at 11 am.
Our tuck shop will be available for classic pop, chips, and candy options in the evening, but light snacks and popcorn will be provided as well. Please bring some cash for the tuck shop, but breakfast is included as part of this free event.
