The Archbishop's Letter to the outgoing and incoming Roman Catholic Archbishops of Vancouver

The Archbishop has written a letter congratulating the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Vancouver, J. Michael Miller, on his retirement.

Archbishop Stephens has also written a letter to welcome the newly appointed Archbishop of Vancouver, Richard Smith, to his see.
