Bishop Michael Ingham announced on April 10th, 2011 that the new Incumbent of St. Agnes', North Vancouver is the Reverend Stephen Muir.
Stephen will succeed long-time St. Agnes' Rector, the Rev. Keith Gilbert who retired at the beginning of 2011.
Stephen will begin his ministry at St. Agnes' on May 1st. The Induction will take place May 3rd at 7:30pm.
Recently Stephen has been working and training as a Fundraising Consultant. He has also been on the Sunday Supply lists, filling in for priests around the diocese, as well as playing drums in the North Shore Rock n' Roll trio Slippery Slope West (as well as other musical endeavours).
Prior to this Stephen was Chair of the Camp Artaban Board and Rector of St. Monica's Horseshoe Bay.
Since Keith Gilbert's retirement the Rev. Shirley Stockdill has been Priest-in-Charge at St. Agnes'.
