Welcome Nyasha Janelle
On September 30th Nyasha Janelle Basvi was born, a daughter for the Reverend Simbarashe and Mebbo Basvi and a sister for Nokutenda Nicole and Kupakwashe Ivan.
The Reverend Simbarashe Basvi is Rector of the Parish of St. David, Tsawwassen. The family arrived at YVR, December 29, 2020, following a very long journey that was preceded by a long wait to make the trip to Canada due to the many complications of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The name Nyasha translated from the Shona language means 'Grace of God'. Nyasha was delivered through C-Section and according to an October 18th note from the father, mother and daughter have recovered and are doing very well.
