On Friday, June 11, 2015 an electrical fire ripped through much of the south end of St. Alban the Martyr Church in Burnaby's Edmonds neighbourhood.
It is now a year later and the community wants to give thanks to God, and to celebrate the many people and prayers that played a part in the recovery.
From a charred, smoky, watery mess to a place of beauty, so many of you were a part of the journey.
Please join the St. Alban's community for a Strawberry Tea and an Open House to view the repairs, renovations and overall rejuvenation of the 110 year old church building.
