In this photo we see Director of Finance, Shailene Caparas and Reception/Administrative Assistant, Elias Neto masked and ready with the doors opened to welcome folks back to the Synod Offices at 1410 Nanton Avenue in Shaughnessy on Tuesday, September 7.

The offices were closed to visitors on June 15, 2020, and those who needed to access the offices in preson were required to make appointments.

The office hours will remain the same, 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday (closed on statutory holidays), some COVID-19 protocols will remain. Visitors will need to wear a mask and retain appropriate physical distancing. Visitors will be allowed to bring in their own refreshments. Coffee and tea service will be available but must be served in a common area by a staff member.
