PWRDF has announced a $20,000 initial grant through the ACT Alliance to respond to Typhoon Haiyan, which has caused over 100,000 people to be evacuated from their homes in the Philippines. The grant will be used to provide food, water, medicine, and hygiene products to affected families. We haven't yet set up a specific donation category for the storm, but anyone who wants to donate can designate their online donation (or their cheque) to Typhoon Haiyan.
