The Reverend Dick (Harold Richard) Hunt died October 5, 2015, at the George Derby Centre. He was canonically resident in the Diocese of BC and had permission to officiate here in this Diocese. He worshipped at St John the Divine, Maple Ridge. He was 95. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 6th at 11am at St. George's. Maple Ridge, Bishop Skelton will officiate. The Reverend Margaret Cornish has resigned from St Alban, Richmond effective September 30, 2015. Margaret has been on medical leave and will continue on leave for a period of time as she is restored to health and wholeness. St. Alban's will enter a 12-18 month period of interim ministry. Bishop Skelton has requested interim priest-in-charge applications.
A Memorial Service for the Reverend Tess Meadows will be held on Saturday, October 10th, 2015, at 2pm at the Church of St John the Evangelist, North Vancouver. Clergy who plan to attend are invited to robe and the liturgical colour is white.
