The Missioner for Christian Formation strengthens the engagement and participation of all generations included in the Diocese of New Westminster by creating a culture of life-long learners. 50% of the time is centered on children and youth and 50% on adults. The main focus of the Reverend Schaap's ministry is in parishes but other areas are included such as campus ministry.
