Sermon preached by the Venerable Luisito Engnan, Archdeacon of Fraser at the Celebration of a New Ministry Eucharist when the Reverend Simbarashe Basvi was inducted as the Rector of St. David, Delta (Tsawwassen) by Bishop John Stephens who also presided at the Eucharist. This was the first induction of a rector during Bishop Stephens's episcopacy and the first induction since the relaxing of gathering restrictions due to COVID-19. This was also the first of 12 Celebrations of a New Ministry scheduled in the diocese between August 3 and September 28.
