If you're interested in intentional, spiritual living Hineni House at 3888 Dumfries in East Vancouver is the place for you! St Margaret's Cedar Cottage Parish has begun a 9-month program where the members of Hineni will be able to use spiritual direction and counselling resources, relate with community mentors, sustainably engage at the Parish, as well as discover and learn their rule of life, all while being intentionally guided through their own journeys.
Spiritual practices are also an important guiding thread in this process, and it is important to us to maintain and encourage an open spirituality. Applicants do not need to be Anglicans or Christians, all five members will have their own room, and they will be able to continue with their school or job on their own time. The $700 a month cost covers rent, Internet, cable, all programming, spiritual direction, counseling, and 2 retreats a year. The program starts November 1, and applications are now open.
