Queen Elizabeth II

Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II St George's will be open each morning for private prayer and to sign a book of remembrance. There is a table set up at the back of the church. Please note that a short service of Morning Prayer takes place Monday-Saturday at 9am for about 15 minutes, which you are welcome to attend.

Opening times are dependent on volunteers to open the church. Currently we will be open:

Monday Sept 12th 8am to 9.30am.

Tuesday 13th 8am to 11am.

Wednesday 14th 8am to 11.15am. Note that from 9.15am the condolence papers will be moved into the chapel, whilst the Baby Cafe group runs in church.

Thursday 15th 8am to 9.30am.

Friday 16th 8am to 9.30am.

Saturday 17th 8am to 9.30am.

Sunday 18th 8.45am to 11am. Our Sunday Service takes place from 9.30-10.30am on Sundays.
