Holy Week In New Westminster

You are invited to walk the road through Holy Week with fellow pilgrims, observing the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ.  There are special events to mark each day.  This year, we share services with our neighbouring parishes of New Westminster: St. Barnabas and St. Mary the Virgin.  Please note the location of each event- not all are held at Holy Trinity Cathedral.

Wednesday April 16, 2025 Healing Eucharist

9:30 am at Holy Trinity Cathedral

This week our regular midweek service will include the opportunity for prayers and anointing for healing for you or someone you are concerned for.  This service is followed by a fellowship time from 10-10:30 am in the parish hall Lounge.

Thursday April 17, 2025 Maundy Thursday Services

5:30 pm Vespers online (by Zoom- link in the Thursday newsletter)

6:00 pm Maundy Thursday Service at St. Barnabas, 1010 5th Avenue New West.

Friday April 18, 2025 Good Friday Services

12 noon Stations of the Cross Walk beginning in front of Holy Trinity Cathedral

Sunday April 20, 2025 Easter Services

7:30 am Lighting of the Easter Fire at Holy Trinity Cathedral

8-9 am Easter Service (BCP) at Holy Trinity Cathedral

9-9:30 am Easter breakfast in the Lounge

10-!1:30 am Choral Easter Service with Baptisms and string orchestra at Holy Trinity Cathedral

11:45 am Easter Egg Hunt for younger members
