The labyrinth at St. Mary's Kerrisdale is available for walking on Wednesdays in Lent from 10am to 3pm.
The labyrinth is a prayer aid, meant to give our minds a chance to rest while our feet follow the path laid out in front of us and provide the soul an opportunity to speak. Anyone can walk a labyrinth, whatever your faith tradition or usual prayer practice.
