The Diocese of New Westminster adopted a strategic plan (Plan 2018) at the Synod of May 2009 to grow communities of faith in Jesus Christ to serve God’s mission in the world. Included in the plan is a direction to “engage a professional consultant to conduct an organizational review… to examine the present diocesan structure and make recommendations regarding necessary and desirable changes to ensure missional decision-making and vital and sustainable parish ministry…”.
A Request for Proposal is now being released inviting appropriate individuals and firms to respond to this task. An informational teleconference is scheduled for Sept. 10th and requests are due by Sept. 24th.
