Kingsway Deanery Picnic

Many thanks to the Reverend Alecia Greenfield, Vicar of Holy Cross, and the Reverend Expedito Farinas, Rector of St. Mary the Virgin, South Hill for sending in these shots and cutlines from the annual summer deanery picnic held Sunday, July 23. Parishes involved were: St Mary South Hill, St Michael’s Multicultural, St Margaret Cedar Cottage, Holy Cross and Salal and Cedar.

The clergy and lay gathered following separate Sunday worship for the picnic at Queen Elizabeth Park. Yummy food was consumed, there was Gong Dancing and the children celebrated summer with many bubbles.
