The Year of the Dragon is off to an auspicious start! On February 11, 2024, the Bishop attended Lunar New Year celebrations at the Cathedral.
In between the 10:30am and 1:30pm services, delicious Chinese delicacies were on hand, fabulous Chinese decorations were strung from the ceiling and lucky games were abound to take part in. Parishoners took home beautiful Chinese calligraphy and prizes from the gracious volunteers. 127 Society for Housing was also in attendance to meet with the community and receive donations.
The Lunar New Year committee went above and beyond for their work organizing this annual celebration.
