Sermon preached by Archbishop Melissa Skelton, bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster, metropolitan of the Ecclesiastical Province of BC/Yukon at the Celebration of a New Ministry Eucharist to induct the Reverend Stuart Hallam as rector of St. Philip, Dunbar.
Rev. Hallam is from the Church of England and was completing his ministry as Chaplain to the Royal Marines. His appointment was announced July 23, 2017 so the subject of the parish having to wait for this installation was on the minds of many that evening.
