St Catherine’s Anglican Church is providing an online service to acknowledge and remember those who have died (from any cause) during this time of pandemic. If a loved one has died prior to or during the months of March, April and May 2020, and you have been unable to gather your family/community for a memorial service or celebration of life, we invite you to participate.

This service is a way for us to express our grief and to embrace the significance of life. The service will include prayers, a psalm, poetry, music, remembering, candle lighting and a blessing.

We invite you to email the full name of the person, together with 40 words or less about how you remember them.

Sample:

Name: James Adam Smith

I remember James for his warmth, encouragement, love and passion to see people flourish. James loved to fly fish and play guitar. James will be missed by his wife, Susan, his brother Craig and his Mother Pat.  (37 words)

Send emails to Natasha: by May 15, 2020.

On Saturday May 23, 2020 at 2pm the online service will be made available by following this link

May God be with you at this time.
