In mid-July leaders of St. John the Evangelist in North Vancouver contacted the family of the Reverend Tess Meadows (11/11/1940 - 6/30/2015) and they gave their blessing for the St. John Community to Celebrate a Memorial Service for Tess and invite Tess's many friends from around the diocese to attend.
