A Celebration of New Ministry will be held at Christ the Redeemer, the Venerable Al Carson, the Archdeacon of Lougheed will preach.
The liturgical colour will be green. Archdeacon Carson will also be preaching at St. Michael, Surrey on the subsequent Sunday. His presence will signify the transition of Fr. Louie from Rector to Vicar in the new partnership with Christ the Redeemer.

The Venerable Louie Engnan was appointed Vicar of Christ the Redeemer, Cloverdale effective June 1. He will continue to serve St. Michael, Surrey as their Vicar. This partnership with a shared priest has been long in the making and will allow each parish to strengthen its ministry in the respective parishes which share a common border. He remains in his diocesan ministry as Archdeacon of Fraser.
