There will be a Gathering to hear and witness the apology issued by the Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Calgary, the Right Reverend Gregory Kerr-Wilson and the Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster, the Right Reverend Melissa Skelton to all who were affected by abuse perpetrated by the late Goichi Gordon Nakayama, a former priest of the Anglican Church of Canada. Both Bishops will be present to offer the apology in person. Following the apology there will be a response to the apology given by a member of the Japanese Canadian community.
